Ethan takes his pet "mouse" for a walk
Ethan has taken quite a bit of interest to an old computer mouse that we had lying around the house and has been taking his new "pet" for walks. It has been a great reminder to me of how kids really do get a kick out of the simplest things. So as the holiday season approaches and I'm wondering what to get my kids for Christmas??? Forget the expensive toys with all the bells and whistles...it's the old useless junk that they really care about.

He is such a funny kid. I love this picture of him so intently looking. Taking pet mice for walks is serious businuss mom.
